Headquartered in the beautiful coastal city of Xiamen, our company has established branch service offices and subsidiary companies in many cities of China such as Shanghai, Shenzhen, Zhengzhou, Chengdu, Changshu, Foshan, Wuhan and Hangzhou for better customer service. Currently we have more than 600 employees, of which over 70% are vision technicians.
Our vision system has been widely recognized and approved in disposable hygiene product industry. Centered with Keyence’s vision products, our vision system has the advantage of small space occupation, high accuracy and fast speed matching maximum production machine of 700m/min, and accurate one-piece reject of the unqualified products. It detects product surface contamination, ADL position, pad position, diaper frontal tape & elastic waist band, sanitary napkin wings & release paper and etc.
Meanwhile, we also offer visual detection solutions for non-woven fabrics, electronics, food & drink packages, medicals and standard component inspection by product classification and identification, dimension measurement, precision positioning and automatic defect removal.
